The Town of Vermilion cares deeply about creating a unique and vibrant retail community. Therefore, the Town is conducting a Consumer Survey as part of larger Retail Market & Gap Analysis. This project is designed to better understand the shopping habits, preferences, and needs of both residents, visitors and businesses. The purpose of the study is to gather detailed insights on what goods and services are currently in demand, where people prefer to shop, and what influences their purchasing decisions. The findings from this survey will help identify gaps in the local retail market and highlight opportunities that support the development of a more curated and cohesive retail ecosystem; one that balances local independent businesses as well as compatible branded/franchise opportunities – Your input as a consumer is critical to Vermilion’s retail success.

Come on out and join us for an incredible night of shopping, eating, and connecting. We will have other female owned businesses in attendance that can help you look and feel your best.
Spend the day celebrating mom Saturday, May 9th from 1:00pm to 2:30pm in the library basement. Create luxurious smelling bath bombs and Sugar Scrubs to pamper the mom in your life. Supplies will be provided at no cost! Ages 6 and up are welcome.

Homeschool families and groups are invited to drop into the library Mondays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm for crafts, games, and other activities.
Stations will be set up in the library basement with various board games, crafting and colouring activities, and will be available for families to use.
Come with friends or connect with other homeschoolers in the community.
This is a trial program starting Monday, April 13th and will run until Monday, May 11th.
No registration is required and the program is free.
